Natividad De Dios

Natividad has 13 years of experience at Beacon and is the second shift Floor Team Leader. Throughout these years he has gained working and technical knowledge of all operations. His responsibilities are to manage all second shift associates, complete the daily production schedule, per the work instructions, report related metrics, and ensure all safety policies are being adhered to.
