E-Coating

Beacon offers E-coat processing at both our Edinburgh, Indiana and New Castle, Indiana locations:

• 12 stage pre-treatment, including immersion conditioner and immersion zinc phosphate
• Four stage E-coat with impingement and immersion rinsing
• Met or exceeded numerous OEM’s in automotive and agricultural applications
• System capacity is 180 square feet of coating per minute
• Tested and certified through stringent A2LA laboratories
• High volume mono-rail
