Beacon offers powder coating services at our Edinburgh, Indiana, and Toledo, Ohio facilities. Our process utilizes a multi-stage cleaning system and semi-automated coating booths equipped with oscillating guns and quick color-change technology to ensure consistent, high-quality finishes and efficient production.
Beacon provides e-coating services at all of our facilities. Our high-volume monorail systems feature multi-stage pretreatment processes and zinc phosphate immersion to ensure maximum coating adhesion and corrosion protection. These systems allow us to efficiently handle both large-scale projects and high-volume production runs.
Beacon provides surface preparation, scale removal, and coating removal options for components of various sizes and configurations. Using both manual and automated blasting systems, we can effectively prepare the metal surfaces for coating. A range of specialized blasting media is used to ensure surfaces are properly prepared for coating without damaging the underlying surface.
Beacon provides product engineering and design support to help customers achieve the most effective coating solutions. Our goal is to deliver high-quality, cost-efficient results while meeting all product design, performance, and aesthetic requirements.
