Our facilities operate under a robust quality management system certified and approved to meet all ISO 9001:2015 standards for e-coat and powder coat, as well as blasting for rust/paint removal. Our company is also PCI 3000 Certified by the Powder Coating Institute of North America.
Additionally, Beacon performs external testing on chemistries, paint and paint performance at set intervals with A2LA certified laboratories.

- In-house 3D gauges used to measure surface profiles and evaluate process control.

Beacon provides internal testing on finished products and has dedicated employees to perform our general inspection criteria testing throughout each shift of production among many other QA tests.
